Where grief is honored, and healing begins.

About

Regan Care

Grief is more than death. It's the unseen companion in every transition.

At Regan Care, we believe grief isn’t just about saying goodbye to a loved one—it’s about all the invisible losses that shape our lives. Whether it’s the transition to a new stage of life, the loss of independence, a diagnosis, the physical changes after injury, or the quiet ache of anticipatory grief, we know grief shows up in places and people we often overlook.

Rooted in over 20 years of experience in occupational therapy, senior care, grief education, and movement-based healing, Regan Care exists to meet people where grief lives—in the gym, in home health visits, at church, in physical rehab clinics, in senior living transitions, and in everyday life.

Our Mission

To equip communities, professionals, and individuals to recognize, honor, and work through grief—in all its forms—through education, tools, and compassionate connection.
