Empowering individuals and professionals to understand, witness, and walk with grief—one step, one tool, one life at a time.
Hi, I’m Regan.
Occupational Therapist | Certified Grief Educator | Grief Coach
I'm Regan Espinosa, and I’ve spent over two decades helping people navigate life transitions as a licensed occupational therapist. But it was the sudden loss of my father that deepened my calling—and changed the way I understood grief forever.
Out of that heartbreak came The Visit Box®, a grief support tool created to hold space for remembrance and ongoing connection. It was honored with an Innovation Award by the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (ICCFA) and is now used by families, caregivers, and communities nationwide.
My work continued with the creation of the Go Not Gone Baton™, a symbolic relay baton representing the next steps of the grief journey and the legacy we carry forward. I also created The Visit List™, a new take on the bucket list—one that turns travel and meaning-making into intentional healing after loss.
My background includes work across the lifespan—from seniors in memory care and assisted living to youth and families processing loss. I’ve taught corporate wellness, competed in fitness competitions, and served as a Stephen Minister. Now, I lead classes, workshops, and private coaching rooted in faith, neuroscience, and the healing power of purpose.
Whether you’re a caregiver, a griever, or someone supporting others through hard seasons, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to move on to move forward.
Residing in Colorado with her husband of 20 years and three children, Regan balances her professional life with personal passions. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cycling, writing, or taking walks along Colorado’s scenic trails. Her approachable, caring nature and deep understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of life, loss and transitions make her a trusted guide for families and communities alike.
